Thank you, I think they are amazing. My first time seeing one was last year when I found the mama of these ones in my bathroom. I was at first fearful, but the more I observed her, the more intrigued I became. She was quick to run away and seemed shy and cautious. As my fear shifted to curiosity over a few days, I started to see her more. I don't know if there is a correlation, like if they sense our pheromones or she just became used to me coming in and out of the bathroom, but now when I see her, she doesn't run and hide quickly. She just keeps doing her thing. I started seeing these little spiders all around my bathroom and figured she had babies, so I caught them whenever they were located in an easy place to do so. I got about 10 total. Sadly, I would sometimes find them in the toilet water like they fell in or a couple of times curled up dead, and I'm sure they were taking each other out. The mama is the only one left from what I can tell, and the ones I captured four are females, and five were males. I set them free away from home. I kept the girls. My first female, Khaos Weaver, was a tiny baby when I got her in late October 2024. Tisiphone is the youngest female I have and was still immature when I caught her. The two females I got in-between were already fully matured. One was inside the plunger, the other was in the corner on the wall and looked like she recently matured. This is a link to Khaos Weaver a month after I found her https://arachnoboards.com/gallery/khaos-weaver-western-black-widow-jpeg.95077/ and her now https://arachnoboards.com/gallery/khaos-weaver.95954/
