When did you get her, and how long have you had her. I haven't seen a great shot this species. Please post more if you do. I would be curious to see what her iridescence is like. I wish I could get one.
@viper69 I wish I had one as-well, unfortunately she doesn't belong to me.. but ill be hopefully doing some outdoor shots of her when I visit my friend once the temp rises and @Magenta from what I hear they're calm and relaxed, this specimen wise very relaxed and walking around the photo-shoot like no ones business lol.
@Magenta Flexzone is right on disposition. I've always felt E. sp. Red were the best on disposition. @cold blood owned one, he said T. cyano's are the best. Neither of us has owned both tarantulas for a fair assessment. I can't imagine either being any more docile than other.
Yeah, IME they are the calmest, most docile species known in the hobby...crazy...and when they do get upset, they don't run, they don't flick, they don't threat posture...they wave their little butt in the air. I only saw it though when re-housing.
They also have a great big gold mirror patch....I love the deep blue though.
@cold blood that's interesting, that's more than what my E sp Reds and E sp Yellow do, all of them just freeze in place, no butt waving. I guess E sp Red are the best after all.
