Theraphosinae sp. Panama
@The wolf I expected them to be faster growing than they are - I don't know why I would think that of a SA terrestrial. Slow growing category, for sure. They are fairly visible most of the time, although both of mine have a shallow burrow that they have webbed up quite a bit with multiple exits. Great appetites and very enthusiastic happy dances. No hair kicking or any other defensive behaviour, but they are fast and skittish. They might calm down a bit with size - these two are only about 1.5" at this point. I suspect that both of mine are male, which sucks.
They are a delightful species to have and I would recommend them.
