All 8 feet have the white socks, it's just not obvious on the underside.

That's looking female to me, but this species of Theraphosa along with blondi are tricky to ventral sex when small. Molts for this species don't show spermathecae visibly until the 3'' mark in my experience. So you're gonna have to wait until then.
