Actually this pic is not really telling me anything. It's too close up. I can't see the book lungs, I can't judge how big those lips actually are in comparison to the distance between the book lungs, I can't see if there's possibly a field of epiandrous fusillae.
It could be a female - or it could be a fat male with a very close close up of the gonopore.
