T stirmi
I have some T. stirmi and yours looks like a female to me. Males have the dark triangle above the furrow which makes it very obvious for male. These are very easy to ventral sex, so i'm going to call a female.
 
Well, to even it out a bit I'd say male, too. I think I can see a triangular patch of hairs and the shape of the furrow doesn't look female.
