Very interesting. It looks like it wants to be a B. vagan but the burgundy hairs on his leg to allow him to be. He looks more orange too.
He looks closer to a B. kahlenbergi than a B. Vagan

Doesn’t look vagans to me. Too hairy.
(on a side note, color also looks off)

Thats about as much help as i can be though. i am not yet knowlegable enough to offer any ID guesses or suggestions.
