ID through a photo can be exceedingly difficult, especially when you're trying to differentiate between two species that are nearly identical in appearance. Colours can undergo a fairly significant shift with different lighting, white balance of the camera, etc. Additionally, some of the features described in the paper identifying them are obscured here by the front legs and pedipalps.
One feature that is used are the colour of the fringe setae (the longer ones lining the legs). B. hamorii are meant to have more whitish, and B. smithi more orange-ish. This spider, in the light it's in, certainly look white. With no other images, no other information, I would lean slightly towards B. hamorii for this spider, but not with any certainty or much confidence. Physical characters should always be reviewed in conjunction with others, never in isolation.
