First pic looks female, bad angle but I see a bulge just above the epigastric furrow. 2nd pic no clue too small and wrong lighting and angle for me to tell. Don't use glass catch cups! I have a 3 inch scar on my left knee from a glass cup and P.murinus.. Things can happen, the cup breaks you slide across the floor to catch the spider now you have a loose T a flesh wound and a bloody mess to clean up..

Yea OBTs don't make great 2nd Tarantulas.. The web was still in it's infancy and forum's barely existed never mind a Tarantula oriented forum.. Y'all newer keepers have it easy from the jump.
