Psalmopoeus ecclesiasticus MM

@TheInv4sion Do you have the same camera as mine. I got a canon 1200D eos.

When i look through the linse i have ( if you can emagine an eye with a spot in the middle. ) You need to focus with that spot ( in the middle ) on the spider ;) I go as close as possible, and press lightly on the button then it start zooming on the spider and when i think it looks good i press the button all the way down.. And done finished you got yourself a nice pic :)

Hope that helped. ;)

@louise f maybe it's my lens then. Whenever I try that the only part in focus is whatever is in/around the center point of the lens kinda irritating :banghead:

Using a bigger depth of field on the camera will do the trick. I usually use aperture priority mode on my camera and the set the aperture to atleast 8, sometimes higher. This will sacrifice light in the picture so it has to be well lit.

@Andy00 Been messing with my camera and think I'll give that a shot. Im gonna need to get some light sources tho cause I used natural light and it looked dark af

@lalberts9310 Hehe. I would love to say yes. But i dont know the gender of the other one yet. So i am crossing fingers for female ;) it would be hard to get a female.

Yeah I use flash built in my camera (Sony A6000) and just do -1.7 flash compensation for my light source, but an extra external flash would make the pics much better.
