Post-Ultimate Moult - Homoeomma chilensis

What a horror show. My MM Homoeomma chilensis attempted a post ultimate moult. I put him in the fridge until he stopped moving, about 20 minutes, and then into the freezer to kill him. I hope I don't experience this again.
That's sorry to hear :(. Did he ever had a chance to breed? Because if he didn't, then his life is truly sad.
 
I've been there. Had a G porteri that attempted to molt after maturing. It got stuck. I did everything I could to free him but it was like you said, a horror show. My condolences.
 
@Moakmeister I have a Hapalopus sp. Colombia Large male who matured at 12 months old and is still alive 10 months later - he's been mature for almost half his life. And he is doing very well, too.
