I agree....I will also say, that at that size, they can be sexed even easier from a dorsal view. The carapace is a dead giveaway at that size. Although it looks female ventrally, as one would expect from a regalis of this age (although a male maturing this slow isn't exactly unheard of, just unusual).
I don't think you should have any doubts that its a she.
