How much floor space do you generally give your Phlogius? Everywhere I've read they say 30x30, but considering how large they can get it doesn't feel like enough

I give them 25x25 or 30x30, considering they spend alot of time under the ground or a hide they don't normally become too dissatisfied with those dimensions
