What do you use?
As for lighting, I use my kitchen table which has 2 big windows. And I just bought a canon flash, but I’ve shot for a long time with no flash. In fact this picture is with no flash. I use a tripod so I can use slower shutter speeds then handheld allows, which really helps. They also sell LED lights with stands on amazon, look up photography lighting!
