Pamphobeteus fortis Sub-Adult Female - ~5"

Very shy and nervous girl. I had to coax her a bit with a brush to get this photo and she didn't like it. She took off to her hide at one point, but she never kicked hair at me... thankfully.
Underrated species. It is one of the more hardier species in the genus and produced more than the other species in its genus. I have seen some old females hit near 8.5" especially the Colombian darker form of this species. The Satipo, Peru form is lighter in coloration and smaller growing to around 7".

@xenesthis I have difficulty keeping species who like it more damp/humid, so I don't have many of them. I had heard that this species was known to tolerate drier conditions, so I jumped at the opportunity to get her. I still keep about 1/3 of her enclosure damp, but I'm not too worried about her doing poorly if it dries out a bit over the winter.
