Pampho sp. male or female?

I'm new to molt sexing. I don't believe I see a flap so most likely a male?
I don't have a ruler but estimated size would probably be 3-3.25 inch DLS.

Can Pampho. males live forever like Grammastolas or are they fast-maturing?

I see a half-circle that's a different color than the surrounding tissue... are we sure there's not a flap laid against the skin?

That's what I was wondering myself, but it might be the angle of the lighting?

I had someone else confirm that he thinks it's a male.

I tried to "rub" the area but I don't see a flap coming undone. I don't have very thin needle though. I'm afraid of piercing through the molt.

The lighter area is most likely the epiandrous fusillae and it's indicative of a male, actually.
