P. tigrinawesseli sex?

Sorry it looks a little too young to judge for any accuracy, you'll get a better judge after a few more molts though.
 
Tox, I THINK you have a male. But I can't tell w/out actually seeing it in person. Males will usually have a "dot" by the anterior book lungs. Sometimes it appears to be a part of the exoskeleton that sticks further out than the surrounding area, sort of like a pimple. This is def a tricky one, you like to throw curveballs.
I'm gonna go with male for now. Def needs a few more molts for me to guess anything with confidence
 
Seems like my job is to make sexing hard! I'm getting a better lens for pictures and sexing the real young ones (like this one) Then I also got another P. metallica, but she's half the size of my other one, so it'll be a few months before I can sex her.
