Your pic is a little dark in the area to look at, I have a confirmed male and a couple females to compare to, but just cant make it out. Maybe a brighter pic or photoshop that one can lighten the area up.
first glance looks female because of the way the hairs are growing, but to be sure wait for a molt then sex it that way...its truely the only way to guarantee it.
