@Chris Bastien He still can be a favorite. Just might not be around quite as long. Hit you can send him off to somwbody to breed and probably get some offspring (and/or other species slings in return) then you can have a spider legacy.
My first one was male, sold him on to a breeder once he matured and then got a juvenile female to replace him, got a sling as a freebie in a big order just over a month ago so hopefully that one turns out to be male.
