wait for a molt. it's almost impossible to tell the sex at a little over 3 cm. that would only be a guess equal to 0

Could it be sexed using spermathecae? I have every molt.

i think you will need a microscope to see a spermathecae at this size

Not true. I sex them that small ventrally and sell them as such all the time. It can be done.
My take on this one is male.
