P. Metallica (Ventral Sexing).jpg
The epiandrous furrow is not very open or lippy, and there is a dark patch in the area above the furrow and inbetween the top two book lungs, which I believe is the epiandrous fusillae (a group of micro spinnerets which aid a male spider in making it’s sperm web). This leads me to lean male. But ventral sexing is never 100% accurate, so make sure you confirm it with a molt. But I always try to get second opinions when ventral sexing my T’s so that I can get a good idea whether my T is a male or a female.
