Just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me if its a male or female or at this size its not tellable.

... but it's not too young to tell by an exuvia sexing. Look up how to sex from the molt, and when it molts again, post another picture.

Posting a picture like you did won't help for 99% of species. The vast majority look identical until sexual maturity.
