Omothymus violaceopes [ex-Lampropelma violaceopes]

Hi there!
Here is my Omothymus violaceopes. a little bit more than 1 year old, about 8 or 9 cm legspan.
I think I'll have a mature male at the next molt, but this picture is just to be sure.
As far as I know there is a lot more males than females in the violaceopes eggsac.
I've read they are dimorphic at this size, but I've also read some people had a complete colors changing on the last molt... For the moment, this creature is not greenish at all, it has BEAUTIFUL colors, blue/purple legs :

I've just rehoused it yesterday, so for the moment,it only has burrowed a litlle bit behind the cork. I've taken pictures before it becomes completely olive green ;)

Yep! I had one adult female, she died some months ago unfortunately :(
i'll post pictures as soon as possible!

@Vorax29 ah that sucks. I picked up an adult female and a subadult female late last year. I wish I kept both but sold the adult. Mosambique localities. beautiful baboons!

So... This violaceopes has molted last night...
And for the moment, it still have the beautiful metallic blue colors. :)
