Shredded it but just managed to find the important bits. Do I spy a couple of spermathecae casting shadows?
I think we may actually be looking at male accessory organs. At 3" DLS the spermathecae should be longer and more antenna-shaped. There should also be a clearly evident uterus externus (flap) laying over them. For reference:
In this one, the spermathecae don't look very large, but you can clearly see the flap across the front of them:

Here's an example of a male with accessory organs that looks very similar to yours, at least to me:
