Miss Hissypants (♀ Ceratogyrus marshalli 5")
Only had males of this species, lucky! Males only get a little button for a horn compared to females.

That web floor is no joke! Flinger has done a similar thing from happy dancing over and over again, now ill be sad to destroy it when i rehouse her as its been 2 years in the making

I think she is preparing to molt. She refused food a few weeks ago and slapped my tongs when I went to retrieve it.

Does she tear it up afterwards or leave it intact? Web mats are never a long term presence in my collection and they always (with the exception of Flinger and my Kotzman) get destroyed

It's been getting thicker for weeks; she doesn't tear it up like a temporary feeding or molting mat.
