Making a home
L. violaceopes 1" not sexed.
I love a busy builder. I am always amazed on how a T will customize it's enclosure and build a home. Makes up for rarely seeing it. Look how it builds up the dirt tube. I may need more depth in the substrate.
@Ungoliant We certainly appreciate your time and volunteer work. I am sure it takes a lot of your spare time to do this. It must be a labor of love. Thank you.

@Drea I haven't used leaves as I have always heard that mold becomes more of an issue? I have typically stuck to coco fiber and moss. I might try the leaves. We are pretty dry in San Diego so I never see mold anyway.

@Dman mold can happen and grow on anything it wants too. I get my display cases from Hobby Lobby and always get my leaves and decor for free from them. All of the stuff that falls off; leaves, piece of a vine, flower, ect., get tossed in the trash. They used to allow me to just pick up those pieces and take them but after a while, all the employees and manager save them for me.

I wash it with Dawn dish soap and let them air dry in the sun. Central California has high temps all the time. I have never had mold on them and the spiders love it.

I also go to Hobby Lobby for my sling and juvenile enclosures. I will ask them about the scraps. I did not know they did that. I should have asked since I am there often. Thanks for the tip.
