Lithobius communal

So far doing ok. I have a mix of sizes from 1”- almost 2”. Awesome little guys, I like to call these the poor man’s scolopendra :’)
Ah ok, you might be able to find scolopendra polymorpha. They get almost but not nearly 2”, maybe 1.75”. If you can’t find any and really want some I could try and collect some for you.

I've found Lithobius sp. in close proximity to each other in the wild, but let us know how it turns out.

@MrGhostMantis, you think San Diego is a desert? Try the High Desert where I live...
If you really want to catch some of your own and have the opportunity, I (funny enough, I'm supposed to be looking at the other animals) have found Lithobius in the San Diego Zoo. Just find any log off to the side of the walkways and you'll find em'.

Thanks,

Arthroverts

@MrGhostMantis I find them outside all the time. Just look under some rotten log or stone in any forest and you should find some
What's with the dislike to my post? You posted that you had this communal just a few months ago, and included a pic, and was merely asking for an update. People believe these are communal, but the info is sparse.
