Yep, that's a B. emilia, if I've ever seen one... and I own one. Amazing species and a personal favorite, but no B. boehmei. Do you have a pic before the molt? I sometimes confuse them in ventral shots, but from the top they look quite different.
While I had her the last 6 months before this molt she had a plain orange carapace with really faded yellow/orange running all the way down the legs which is why I didn't question being a B.boehmei

Sounds quite deceiving, haha. Would be interesting to see in the picture. Where I'm from, B. boehmei are considerably more expensive than B. emilia (I think that's the case almost everywhere). Hope you are not too bummed. A lovely tarantula for sure!
