No, it doesn't look male. Lasidora males don't have an obvious dot - Brachypelmas do, but Lasiodoras don't. This is too blurry to make anything out but if I would have to guess I'd say female because of the long, straight furrow.
LPs seem to be tricky to sex. I have a 3.5 inch LP right now and I'm still not 100% positive on it's sex, even with it's molts (although I'm fairly certain it's female). So you might be stuck waiting for a molt or more until you're certain
