@Ztesch Just a juvenile, about 15 mm in body length (not including legs or palps) -- but the biggest one I've seen this season so far.

@RezonantVoid 1" sounds about right from my estimate. (I did not actually measure her; she was already pissed at being relocated.)

@Ungoliant yea it looks about 1". Alot more red than our native N.Edulis for sure

@RezonantVoid It's really only red on the ventral side. The dorsal side of a mature female is golden with white speckles, which is why they're sometimes called "banana spiders" by locals.
