though in my experience, it can be hard to tell sex when sexing ventrally with B. Smithi. I am currently selling a 4.5"-5" B. Smithi that looks male when viewed ventrally but its last molt tells a very different story, its a confirmed female. I own a slightly smaller B. Smithi and when viewed ventrally, its an obvious female.
