It looks like some kind of Phlogius or Selenocosmia, from Australia, Malaysia, Java

looks like one of the chilobrachys species, possibly c. guanxinensis?

I'm sure this was due to the guy you rescued him from, but the tarantula doesn't need all those feeders.

Give her eco earth instead. it looks like you are keeping her in sand? and agreed to many feeders

It looks like a worm wasteland LOL why are there so many worms??
