Tarantulas kick hair when they are stressed. Your t is probably not happy in its home because it might be too big or too small for it. How big is the prey items you feed it? These questions bay be helpful for your full answer.
Aside from the housing comments above, which are valid, Xenesthis tend to be more on the "kicky/flicky" side and will often kick hairs at the drop of a hat. For a time, mine would kick hairs whenever I would just walk by the enclosure, much less disturb it. It seems to have outgrown that though.
