Looks like a MM Ischnothele caudata...or another species of Ischnothele. They're a non-theraphosid mygalomorph in the dipluridae family. They range from the Yucatan to Trinidad.

I second that. I have 9 of them. Not mature, but during research they primarily look like this. Some have a slightly different pattern, but not by much.
