how NOT to post a tarantula

1. Cram it in a tiny container stuffed with wet tissue and no ventilation holes.
2. Send it in a box with loose packing material.
3. Let your customer enjoy their dead tarantula on arrival.

Beautiful S.Wallace killed by awful packaging. Not what I expected from website breeding group.
What a shame, nice looking Wallace too. Not a fan of posting insects during the warmer months at all. Hope you can sort out something with the seller

I actually think the biggest killer was sending such a fat specimen. In my experience I never send trapdoors or true spiders with tails bigger than their heads just in case something like this happens, if it was thinner I reckon it MAY have survived

@Roxy machado no, plastic. I contacted them and they said they will send another one, but "that's how they are supposed to be shipped", and completely ignored my request for newspaper packing and a larger container
