That's very pretty baboon. Are there any baboons that are blacker aside from chordatus?

@efmp1987 I would say this is the blackest as it is jet black like pulchra aside from the red setae on abdomen and white setae around carapace.

P. chordatus is more of a deep olive and gold colour. I have seen a couple photos where brightness has been edited and makes them look very black.

Pterinochilus murinus - Botswana/Zimbabwe has black legs and is very stunning.

Then there is this new black baboon species -

Ive seen videos of those Botswana murinus! They appear to be arboreal and are quite huge but somewhat docile.

@efmp1987 I can assure you they arent docile! :p and like most murinus they are semi arboreal. Beautiful. I would be lying if I said they werent a favourite

Anyone can photoshop a vagans, I even see some black font off to the right! Pfft, I know a fake when I see one!

@KezyGLA Oh well.. have tons of room for new ones anyways.. Is it part of a cooperative import sort of thing- one person basically imports for a group of people? Would love to get into that sometime.
