This spider is looking incredibly svelte and handsome once it hardened up! Honestly, this was totally worth the investment. This species is amazing. It hardly burrows, has an amazing feeding response and lots of molts, but little growth so far. I'll be rehousing it for the second time soon.
You're like me - collecting 'off the beaten path' species. Costs a lot to do it like that, and it is disappointing if you can't find a female for rare males, but you get to see some extremely interesting species. And you can offer other hobbyists information that is hard to find.

@Vanessa I just ended up liking high altitude dwarfs from the Andes! I figure they'll be hard to breed, but by the time they're mature, I should have a bit more experience under my belt.
I'm just not sure how easy it will be to come across males. I wouldn't want to pair it with a sacmate, but that might be my only option, unless we get some in between now and when it matures.
