H.Valida
Border Ranges funnelweb from Mt Tambourine. Best starter species for funnelweb keepers
@Staehilomyces If you get into funnel webs and are looking for some from different areas let me know.
I've seen your posts and for the life of me I just can't do pedes, I've found a couple of crackers in my wood shed now it's getting colder but yeah nah they give me the heebies, Ive tried to catch them a few times and chicken out

@Rhino1 I'd certainly be interested! Funnelwebs are a lot more diverse than I thought they were (you only ever hear about A. robustus after all). And don't worry about pedes if they scare you; I can source them elsewhere.

I like those centipede pics and I can appreciate it and all my spider mates have them and I keep one if I could, I don't get, man I used to breed djarra death adders but something in my brain just won't let me near the good old centipede
Yeah sweet, well, as I get a spare one here and there will let you know I'm always getting them but don't want too many at home with the family

@Staehilomyces yea there's like 33 species along the east coast and 2 in Tasmania (H.Pulvinator and Venenata). They really interesting ones are the arboreal species but understandably they are super painful to come across, and also have the highest envenomation rates compared to other species (75% and 63% while A.Robustus only has 17%)
