lithium, anti D's and antipsycjotics daily, for life. Bipolar II, schitzoaffective disorder, OCD, agoraphopia, social anxiety blah blah blah. Lithium gives me tremors and I can really shake badly. It's very frustrating. It helps I have a heavy camera TBH. I suffered my biggest breakdown 3 years ago, got sectioned, gave up my business and TBH I've been in bed ever since. I'm a lot lot more stable than I was. Being medicated means I feel sick, am sick and have other side effects daily. I am also very fatigued. It is 7pm now and I've been asleep after taking this mornings meds all day. Just how it goes. Gotta keep on keeping on
The best thing you can do is keep pushing! You take wonderful pictures @Cand and you can’t deny that. You are a wonderful photographer and person and we will always be here for you. I’m positive I have OCD too. If stuff isn’t perfect I will get so pissed trying to fix it. For me everything needs to be perfect otherwise...BOOM! Angry explosion!
