I bought him about a year ago but he matured out last month but I'm confused because he's really small and doesn't look like the photos I could find of h minax males

I bet it's a MM of a species in the Selenocosmiinae sub-family. A lot of them are hard to distinguish unfortunately, especially the adult males.

Thanks but he's is fossorial but I would've never guessed. I bought him at a expo as a really small sling but i guess he's gonna just die a Virgin unfortunately since I don't know the exact specie's

I wasn't saying he isn't fossorial. I meant he is clearly not the "fossorial Cyriopagopus" (ex. Haplopelma) as in, not the arboreal "Cyriopagopus" this label covered prior to the controversial 2015 revision that transferred the genus name & resurrected the old name of Omothymus to hold the (ex. Cyriopagopus) arboreals... You following?
