Grammostola pulchra
I'd try again when it's bigger, that's pretty small to try ventral sexing. However I think I can just see the hint of the shape of epiandrous fusillae, so if I had to guess I'd put my money on it turning out male.
 
That is an awesome shot of one so small. They are a bit difficult to sex at the smaller sizes, but males will develop a pretty obvious epiandrous fusillae at about the 2-3" range.
