G. rosea RCF
This is Rosalina, my new Grammostola rosea "RCF". So there is a story about this photo... So I get her home, get her rehoused. She then proceeds to spend much of her evening in her water dish (no water actually in the dish, she just managed to cram herself entirely into a 2 oz deli cup). Cont...
Later this evening, she was finally out of her water dish and wandering around, so I thought I could finally get a nice photo of her and fill her water dish with water instead of spider. I take this photo, then I turn around to grab the water bottle I use to fill my Ts' water dishes. When I turn back around, Rosalina is out of her cage and starting to skitter across the floor (I should note that her enclosure had been taken off the shelf and placed on the floor before I did all this so she was fine). I manage to get her into a deli cup so I can get her back into her enclosure, but I never had a sub-adult/adult who was such an escape artist before.

I like her.

So's mine. First tarantula I've ever had who begs to go walkies. I let her.

My G.rosea (pcf) has escaped a few times too! But I have been lucky to catch her going down the outside of her enclosure. Worse than kids I tell ya! Lol
