Well if you zoom in between the top two book lungs there appears to be a darker spot in the middle. It could just be the lighting but it could be the hair males get that females don't. This species usually has some obvious epiandrous fussilae or whatever they are called

Oh that small darkened dot is actually there on every picture I have, and Ive seen it small oval dark spot. So yeah I guess it is a male ! Thank you ♡
