@Arachnophoric It was a struggle just to spread the molt out because it's so small. The T was approx 1 1/2" when I saw the molt pushed out of it's burrow.
@Arachnophoric Thanks for your help! The next one should be easier because it grew quite a bit after that one. My avatar is a picture from a couple days ago. It was the first time I'd seen it in over a month.
@Egliderider I got lucky with my three in that they never seem to hide lol. On the downside, they never seem to molt, either.
I still think the molt looks female to me, so I'm sticking with that guess, but it never hurts to double check! Fingers crossed you get what you want, although males of this species seem to be just about as valuable as the females, and are still pretty long lived.
I agree with the fact that it at least looks female. I thought I saw spermathecae in the original photo you posted as well, but since it was folded up, I didn't want to get your hopes up. But after this picture, I'm still leaning female. You should most likely be able to tell with the next molt though
