can't be too sure of exactly which one, the aphonopelma genus is kinda screwy. if it's found in the USA, it *is* aphonopelma. unless brachypelma managed to cross over from mexico and somehow made their way into the Franklin mtns, it's definitely an Aphonopelma sp.
looks like an A behlei to me personally, but looks are deceiving and cannot be counted on. i'm not even sure of A behlei habitat range.
