I would say the aphonopelma iodius myself.
I simply said it was a MM (mature male). No need to explain it. It being caught means that it was most likely wondering around and about, during the breeding season, looking for a female. Yes the species you so believe it to be, is from cali. I never said it was not that species Mich. It is a MM. Meaning it has about 2 years left to live, tops. I've dealt with Aphonos for 11 years, not being a "moron" or anything, just explaining myself based on my observations.
