It gets up to 6”. Not a very old one. Yeah lol! It’s gonna happen! I’m hoping to snatch another when I head to Arizona over the next few months. I think I may go for an Asian forest next. Such beautiful color! They are tanks!
Giant desert hairys can live up to 20-25 years. At their juvenile stages molting in captivity can be an issue. They need plenty of water to drink before a molt.
