This is the same juvenile that I complained about not molting before. Note the orange setae, even though the legs are gradually coloring up with the purple tinge expected of a female "Phan Cay".
@curtisgiganteus, your thoughts? A mis-ID'd Phan Cay Red (which may or may not be good news) or just starting to develop MM coloration (I've failed to sex the molt, hard to properly unroll them after they've been chewed up)?
Yes this is postmolt (it's eaten twice since then).
It actually looks closer to your suspect PCR female than your confirmed PCR male going by the epiandrous fusilae, and the legs are iridescent purple (visible even here and obvious in person), which is all indicate of a female PCB. But those setae indicate otherwise....and the other one doesn't have as many orange setae despite being a sacmate...
