Post molt stretching. Helps stiffen up the exoskeleton properly. There’s a whole post somewhere in this forum with pictures of Ts doing this. Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.
Cool thanka every one juat thought it was strange lol and yeah she did molt about a week ago so makes sence and @RezonantVoid T yoga that is now the official name i have for it lol
