For my educational purposes, what stands out that makes it male?

I haven't gotten a molt yet.
That triangle of short, dense, black setae (hairs) with the little notch in the bottom of it. Those are the epiandrous fusillae, which are specialized setae the males use when making sperm webs to mate.
